Victoria (Rabat) is the centre of Gozo: the Cittadella and cathedral above the town, It-Tokk square and the market below, two opera houses, the Gozo General Hospital, the bus terminus and the main shops and offices. Most Gozo services are here, and it is the natural base for anyone working on the island.
